"Moon Lodge - in'PERFECT WOMAN"

This  workshop will provide a peaceful space and a full programme of healing practices and tips.  

De-stressing is critical to balancing the hormones that affect our moods, energy levels and sleep patterns and the meditative nature of yoga is a powerful tool in calming our psychological state. 

 In this 2.5-hr workshop, you’ll learn to nurture and nourish your body with simple postures, breathing exercises, and meditations you can use every day in your own life:  

Learn how to modify your yoga routine for hormonal support  

Practice pranayama (breathing) to feel grounded, supported and safe 

Learn to reconnect with the part of you that intuitively knows what's right for you - your timeless wisdom as a women,mum,wife...Discover which part of you need more recognition and understanding.

This is my signature program,rooted in the ancient tradition of yoga,Ayurveda,Chinese medicine and many different relaxation techniques. All the techniques and practices you’ll learn in this workshop will help you to come back into balance,into being yourself, into a calm and centered state.

In this workshop we come together to see,hear support each other.

In this space,you will be able to explore or find the answers that are right for you.

  This workshop is suitable for all age women.
