 Join Inga a trained Sound therpist,relaxation and yoga teacher, in the beautiful  an hour of blissful relaxation, where the gentle tones of these ancient instruments will transport you to a state of tranquility and balance.

We start each sound bath with a guided meditation practice that explores a theme. We sometimes share some gentle movement or other practices that support us to connect with ourselves and find deep relaxation. From here, you can surrender to the healing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls,Gongs,Rain sticks,Koshi chimes and Crystal singing bowls that quiet your mind and nourish your soul.
